Delete Your Becomly Account

We believe you should always have control over your account and personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your Becomly account, you can do so directly from the app or request deletion by contacting us.

Delete your account in the Becomly app

1. Sign in to your Becomly account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your Becomly account and the personal data associated with it, including your goals, habits, journal entries, vision content, progress data and other account-related information.

Request account deletion

If you cannot access your Becomly account, you can request account deletion by emailing:

help@becomly.app

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Becomly account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject line. We may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.

What happens to your data?

Once your account deletion has been processed, the personal data associated with your Becomly account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or compliance purposes.
