Welcome to Becomly. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Becomly website, application and related services.

By creating an account or using Becomly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Becomly.

1. About Becomly

Becomly is a personal development platform designed to help you create a vision for your future, set goals, build supporting habits, reflect through journaling, track progress and receive personalized insights through features such as Becomly Coach.

Becomly is intended to support personal growth and organization. It does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular goal, result or outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Becomly. If the laws where you live require parental or guardian consent to use the service, you must have that consent.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not create an account using another person's identity or use Becomly for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Becomly Free and Becomly Pro

Becomly may offer both free and paid features.

Becomly Free provides access to selected features subject to the limits displayed within the service.

Becomly Pro provides access to additional features, which may include increased or unlimited goals and habits, AI-powered features, Becomly Coach, personalized insights and other premium functionality.

The features included in each plan may evolve as Becomly develops. Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase Becomly Pro, the price, billing period and applicable subscription terms will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions may be offered monthly or annually and may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date, where indicated at purchase.

If your subscription is purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play or another third-party payment platform, billing, cancellation and certain refund procedures may also be governed by that platform's terms.

You can cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not normally remove access to paid features before the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

5. Promotional access and codes

Becomly may occasionally provide promotional codes or complimentary access to Becomly Pro.

Unless otherwise stated, a valid Becomly promotional code provides 30 days of Becomly Pro access without requiring payment details and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Promotional codes may have an expiry date, redemption limit or other eligibility conditions. They have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred or misused.

When promotional Pro access ends, your account may return to the Free plan. Content you created while using Pro will not be intentionally deleted solely because promotional access expires, although Free-plan limits may apply to creating additional content.

6. Becomly Coach and AI-powered features

Becomly includes artificial intelligence features such as Becomly Coach.

AI-generated responses may be personalized using relevant information you have provided within Becomly, such as your vision, goals, habits, progress and journal reflections.

AI-generated information can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your circumstances. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through Becomly.

Becomly Coach and other AI features are intended for personal development and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice.

If you require professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Becomly, including visions, goals, journal entries, reflections and other personal content.

You grant Momentum Media AB a limited right to host, store, process and technically reproduce your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and provide Becomly and its features to you.

This does not transfer ownership of your content to Becomly.

You are responsible for the content you choose to submit and should not upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Becomly to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• harass, threaten, exploit or harm others;
• distribute malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of Becomly;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of Becomly;
• misuse automated systems, AI features or platform resources;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected components of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Becomly or others from misuse, fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.

9. Becomly intellectual property

Becomly, including its name, branding, software, interface, designs, graphics and original content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Momentum Media AB and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Becomly for its intended purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Becomly or its intellectual property to you.

10. Availability and changes to Becomly

We work to keep Becomly available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may maintain, update, improve or modify Becomly as the service develops.

Where a change materially affects a paid digital service, we will provide information and any rights required under applicable consumer law.

11. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Becomly at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with the options available within Becomly or by contacting Becomly Support.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security risks or misuse of the service.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Account termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.

12. Consumer rights

If you use Becomly as a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country, including rights relating to digital services, cancellations, remedies and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where applicable, information about cancellation or withdrawal rights will be provided during the purchase process.

13. Disclaimer

Becomly is a tool for personal development, reflection, organization and goal support.

We do not promise or guarantee particular personal, professional, financial, health or other outcomes from using Becomly.

You remain responsible for your choices, actions and decisions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum Media AB will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Becomly that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

15. Third-party services

Becomly may rely on or integrate with third-party services, platforms or technology providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Becomly develops or when legal, regulatory or operational requirements change.

If we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable in their country of residence.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Consumers may also have the right to bring a dispute before an applicable consumer dispute-resolution body or competent court.
